How do I identify the right replacement pump?
Check the nameplate for a part number. If it's missing, measure the shaft, flange and port sizes and note the rotation — or send us a photo and we'll identify it.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Trade customers get account pricing and 30-day terms on approval. Apply from the account page and we'll be in touch within one working day.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock items ordered before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day on a next-working-day service (subject to stock availability). Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product page.
Can I return a part I ordered by mistake?
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Custom-built units and cut-to-length hose are non-returnable.
